Dispatch of goods

Goods will normally be dispatched via Royal Mail within 3 days of receipt of payment. Please allow up to 14 working days (UK) or 28 working days (non-UK) for delivery.

All prices on this website are stated in GBP (Sterling), and are inclusive of taxes. Payable items include free delivery.

Refund policy

We take the utmost care to ensure that our products arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that any goods prove faulty, place the affected goods in a secure jiffy bag along with the delivery note and send to PO Box 557, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 2WX within 7 working days. Please ensure to affix the correct postage. Any faulty goods returned within the specified period will be replaced free of charge to the consumer. The consumer's statutory rights will not be affected.
