Horsham Folk Arts Centre proposal that was originally recommended
by Horsham District Council's sub-committee on 1st February
2006. We believe that the Council's subsequent proposal
to turn the historic Horsham Old Town Hall building into
a restaurant would be a tragic, wasted opportunity to create
a unique, nationally recognised asset, that would be of
major benefit to the Horsham community" |
